We endeavour to keep our descriptions of the products and photographs as accurate as we possibly can. By doing this, you can see exactly what you are buying. However, you should also be aware that not all internet browsers, PC's or monitors are of the same standard and therefore colours etc may not be displayed properly.

Although we inspect every item and all items are well packaged, sometimes it may be necessary to return an item that is damaged or doesn't work. If this is the case, then we endeavour to put it right (usually by replacement). To do this, you need to contact us first and describe the problem, then we will give you instructions on how the return should be made. You must keep all original packaging to return with the product.

if your received goods are not as we described or are not fit for the purpose for which they were sold, then we will accept them back for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt on condition that they are returned in exactly the same condition we sent them to you, unopened, unused, undamaged and with any seals or shrink wrap still intact. We cannot accept the return of earrings or body jewellery (this is because of Health & Hygiene regulations). Returned items should be well packaged and, for added security, sent by recorded, signed for delivery (we cannot accept responsibility for unreceived or damaged parcels).
