Our post and packaging charges are kept to an absolute minimum aiming only to cover our costs and, in some cases, actually undercharging postal costs. Most orders are shipped using our standard postage as shown below but some bigger, heavier items are individually charged for postage. These are clearly shown when you add the item to the shopping basket (if you don't want the item, simply remove it from the shopping basket). This helps us to keep our postage costs down and give you the best value postage we can. We do try to send out orders within twenty-four hours where possible and will keep you informed of when your order is shipped and any possible delays.

NB. We reserve the right to change shipping methods for an equivalent or better service at our discretion, should the need arise. You will be informed of this as and when needed. Last postage dates for the Yule season are:

UK and Channel Islands – 19/12/07

USA and Canada – 09/12/07

Europe – 11/12/07

Australia – 06/12/07

If you should want an order in time for Yule then please order well before these date as we cannot guarantee your orders will not be held up by holiday postal traffic.
